adila e-news will become bi-monthly from June (unless you protest?). After a quick survey conducted with 6 people hanging around the office last Tuesday, it was decided that too frequent emails can become a little tiresome, then ignored, then just plain annoying, we want to avoid falling into that trap. If you are feeling deprived of knowing what goes on in our little world? remember you can always check out the blog Should anything interesting come up between issues, we will fire over a quick announcement. adila will be an unbelievable 'one year old' at the end of July. Our first year has been great fun, with a certain amount of stress. We learnt a lot, met some interesting, funny and just plain weird people. As we head into year two, our aim is to grow the collection, tell more people we exist, do what we do better, and above all else, continue to enjoy working at adila *(just & fair).

sponsored walk & talk ...
On Sunday 2nd September, Josephine, Julie, Marie & Louisa will fill their ruck sacks with lip gloss, iPods, a few magazines, body shop foot balm and other essentials, to walk 20 miles from Cambridge to Ely along the banks of the river Cam to raise money for Bowie House (HIV/AIDS hospice for infants and babies)
We were planning to open the sponsored walk/talk to everyone, however this is our first fund-raising event and strict health & safety laws require we gain a little experience prior to organising something bigger next year. If you would like to make a small donation, please click here ...
